Laketown Wharf has multiple venues available.
Wedding Terrace - astroturf lawn area flanked by Crepe Myrtle's on each side and a pergola. The Wedding Terrace is perfect for a wedding, renewal ceremonies, private dinners, etc.
Lake View Conference Room- small meeting space that could seat 40 - 60 depending on the style of set up. Lake View Conference Room is perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties, small study groups, real estate classes, etc.
Events Center - 29,000 sq. ft. multi-use event space that can be used for concerts, sporting event and competitions, trade shows, arts & crafts festival/bazaars, conferences, meetings, dinners, proms, weddings, etc.
Weddings
Weddings can be held in the Events Center (as pictured above) or on the Wedding Terrace.
If your dream is to have a wedding on the beach, you could use one of our spaces for the reception.
Concerts
Whether you want a small intimate setting with entertainment or a larger concert, The Events Center is perfect for your event.
Sporting Events
Laketown Wharf has hosted cheerleading camps, karate tournaments, amateur and professional boxing, amateur and professional mma, cornhole tournaments, etc. The space is perfect for your event.
Meetings
Laketown Wharf has two spaces available to utilizie as meeting spaces. The Event Center can hold a very large conference and Lake View Conference room can seat 50 classroom style.
Private Parties & Showers
Lake View conference room is the perfect space for a small baby shower, birthday party or bridal shower.
Trade Shows & Conferences
The Event Center has hosted several home decor and christmas trade shows, job fairs, etc. With nearly 30,000 square feet of usable space it is perfect for this type of event.
